The charitable work of the Trust is focused within the Ness and Beauly District Salmon Fishery Board areas, as defined under the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 2003. This incorporates a total freshwater catchment area of approximately 3000 square kilometres, together with the adjacent coastal waters.
